Firstly they’re not supposed to give to a third party cause it’s a brand new phone with warranty..them for carry am go ensure(Apple warranty office) and they’ll fix your phone without paying shishi within a month tops

The first mistake was allowing a third party to open or tamper with the phone while it was still under warranty. From what you explained in part 2 of your video, they asked you to wait for the 20-day return policy, but you decided you couldn’t wait and went with the second option. Because of that, they may use that point to shift the responsibility back to you
