I walk 40 to 45 mins at least 3 days a week, also lift at least 3xs a week. However, I have osteoporosis so I cannot run. Too much risk of falling or joint injury.

Hi! Can you talk about the difference between daily calorie deficit versus weekly calorie deficit and which is more effective because I’ll have days where I eat very little and days where I eat more but my weekly deficit stays the same is that a good method?
