Resident physicians have to work 24 hour shifts. Sometimes 28 hours. And they don’t get overtime. There should be protection for all health care workers against these times of hours or retaliation

Imagine that you have a staff shortage and are forcing people to work overtime. If they refuse a 24-hour shift, they get fired. Wouldn't that cause a bigger shortage? It's ridiculous.
