@divyanshulllll: Paneer Butter Masala 🧈 recipe 👇 Don't forget to follow 😶 1. Heat 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil. 2. Sauté 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 10 cashews, 4–5 garlic cloves & 1-inch ginger until soft. 3. Blend into a smooth paste. 4. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and cook the paste for 3–4 mins. 5. Add 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander powder & salt. 6. Pour in a little water and simmer. 7. Add ½ cup fresh cream and mix well. 8. Add 250g paneer cubes and cook for 3–4 mins. 9. Sprinkle ½ tsp garam masala and 1 tsp kasuri methi. 10. Finish with a small cube of butter and fresh coriander. 11.
