don't doubt it was made in collaboration, the official accounts promote their videos and it's logical they get no-voiceover versions of trailers from hoyo. and there's an old rumor one dubbing team offered Hoyoverse to make a russian dub but they declined. so obviously it won't be made after so many years 😔
