he also was good friends with Brazil's most famous comic artist, Maurício de Sousa, and they had plans to collab, that only didn't happen back then because HE DIED. (there are some tributes tho, the characters sometimes show up on the teen comics of the series)

He's the greatest of all time ❤️My manga teacher, Yoshiko Watanabe, was one of his assistants and an animator who worked on many of Tezuka's anime. I have to say, we learned to draw comic pages incredibly fast thanks to her experience at Mushi and Tezuka Production 😂

Saw Shotaro ishinimori biopic that he and his mangaka friend struggles to finish Tezuka Osamu drafft since he always running away nearing dateline 😂😂. Good thing all of this supporting manga turn into legendary mangaka after that
