Thanks for all of your comments ladies, but I actually meant changing the teat in general, not the size 🤣 my bad wording clearly 🙈 So if your baby is on size 2, you should buy new size 2's to replace

My 7-month-old is mainly breastfed but takes the occasional bottle and he's still on size 1 teats. I figured my nipples don't change so why should the teats?! lol

It’s so difficult to know, I’ve been up and down with teets 😅🫠 battle between her being frustrated she isn’t getting it quick enough to then up a teet & she’s about choking 😂🫠 the joys of motherhood x

My little boy stayed on size 2 we tried and failed size 3 multiple times he's happy with them and it weren't causing him any issues with wind etc so we stuck with them he still has a bottle now at 15 months old with it 😂😂😂

yes its to do with flow of the teats you should be changing them helps with their reflux

my girl hates working too hard for the milk and I have changed so many bottles and teats I could build a second hand shop and make a decent living 🥲 She is not even 3 months and uses philips avent with teat 4 (she has gaviscon in her milk tbf)

😂 No one gets what your comments about, I do, (not changing size for flow, you mean keeping the same size just getting new ones of that size) and no I haven’t given new ones, off I go shopping tomorrow haha!

He’s 8 month but we only switched to size 2 recently 😂. He’s a reflux baby so he was on newborn 0 teat for around 4 month, then size 1 for a couple and now 2. I don’t change them… unless he sizes up 🙈

I didn’t have to with my eldest 13 years ago 😩 I had no idea I had to change them 😂 However with my 3 month old I had to change them a few weeks ago because she was working too hard for the milk and then ended up not taking as much. I guess it depends on the baby
