I mean, Alex has a weakness to elements.. Against Fire, Lightning.. idk about Water but in the games, they avoid water.. either a feature or just avoiding it.. and seeing that infamous has elemental powers.. as MUCH AS I LOVE ALEX MERCER, he still loses just purely because of the elemental powers
