@bromabakery: today is a national holiday (or at least it should be) 🥳 it’s my sweet girl Tilly’s 8TH BIRTHDAY!!!! ugh how time flies with this kind, gentle good girl. of course we celebrated with our yearly dog birthday cake, made with super simple ingredients like veggie puree, greek yogurt, and peanut butter. it’s guaranteed paw-lickin good 🐾 recipe below and also in my bio! for the cake: ¼ c neutral oil (avocado, vegetable) ½ c vegetable puree (pumpkin, squash, etc) ¼ c peanut butter 2 large eggs ⅔ c all-purpose flour (oat flour works, too) 1 tsp baking powder for the frosting: 1 c plain unsweetened greek yogurt ¼ c peanut butter 1. Mix wet ingredients until combined, then stir in flour and baking soda. 2. Bake in 6 muffin tins at 350°F for ~15 min, the allow to cool completely before frosting. 3. To make the frosting, combine yogurt and peanut butter, then place into a piping or ziplock bag and pipe onto cupcakes. enjoyy!
