I think this is actually beautiful yet scary 😭😭 little MJ has been working since he was 5yrs old he was already pushing past his limits as a child he broke barriers with his brothers but to become the king of pop he had to push even harder and break away from that bubble gum pop sound that he was familiar with, that we were all familiar with. So him facing himself shows the emotions he must’ve felt during that transition child him seems anxious he seems scared but he also seems eager. The heavy breathing shows me he’s up for the challenge but he’s not really sure of himself and still he won’t back down because in front of him stands not just himself but also a decision. Does he stop and or does he keep going? Mj wanted to stop music but he was so in love with the feeling he got from performing it’s like a siren had him wrapped around her fingers. So the decision is do you want to quit and live for yourself but wonder every day of your normal life what could’ve been or do you want the better things in life granted you won’t have any friends it gets lonely over here but you’ll have everything you want you’ll never be that poor kid from Gary Indiana again the world will be eating out of your hands you’ll be a hero, isn’t that what you always wanted? To be a hero to be magical, well over here you can do just that. But at the end of the day the choice is yours so choose wisely ❤️
