@lifeandstyle50: What New York reminded me… I’ve always enjoyed travelling, but I appreciate it differently now than I did in my 20s. Back then, I was always thinking about what was next. Building a business, raising a family, planning, achieving. Now, I still love being busy, but I also make a conscious effort to enjoy the moments in between. A weekend away, a good meal, wandering around somewhere new, people-watching with a coffee… I’ve realised these are the things that I enjoy the most. I still believe in working hard. I just don’t believe in waiting until everything’s perfect before enjoying it.
