I don’t think anyone wants a “socialist country”. We just want something that looks more like Scandinavia, the UK, or Australia. We’re the richest nation on the planet and we still have homelessness, people without health insurance, and kids that are going hungry. We can and should do better as a nation. Our current policies aren’t serving us well.
