I wouldn’t really use those phrases, as someone from Galway, but have heard them said the odd time. I feel like a lot of these ‘Irishisms’ are regionally popular. One that my Northern Irish relatives often use is ach/och (which means ‘but’ as Gaeilge), to express annoyance about something.
