I have nothing but respect for what you do. ❤️ My frustration is with a healthcare system that often overbooks providers, leaves patients without updates, and puts everyone in a difficult position. Patients deserve communication, and providers deserve schedules that allow them to give great care without being set up to fail. We both deserve better.
