Baking Therapy at 3AM✨🍪🤎 Here’s My Full Recipe For These Snickers Style Cookies 👇🏽: Ingredients: 90g unsalted butter, softened 50g creamy peanut butter 50g light brown sugar 25g granulated sugar 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla extract 100g plain/all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 50g dark or milk chocolate chunks or chips 40g roasted peanuts, roughly chopped (I used peanuts and almonds) 50g caramel sauce (for drizzling) Homemade quick caramel: Melt 50g brown sugar + 25g butter over medium heat until smooth. Add in 2-3tbsp double cream. Cool slightly before drizzling; it’ll thicken as it cools but stay soft enough to bite through. For The Cookies: Instructions: 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper 2. Cream butter & sugar: Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until very light and fluffy (3-4 mins) 3. Add eggs & vanilla: Mix in whole egg, yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth. 4. Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, Fold gradually into wet mix until just combined. 5. Fold in chocolate chunks and nuts. Dough should be thick and slightly sticky. 6. Chill dough 30–45 minutes. 7. Divide into 6-8 balls Slightly flatten the tops. Chill again for 15-20 minutes. 8. bake for 10–12 minutes. Cookies should look just set in the center, edges lightly golden. 9. Let cool 5 minutes on a wire rack , then drizzle with caramel. Optional: extra peanuts on top. . . #EasyRecipe #bakingrecipe #cookie #bakingcookies #bakingtherapy
