Yes and no. I love the idea of this but it can overcrowd and requires a lot of energy. it also isnt very comfortable. For temporary living sure, but for permanent living this would be hell 😭

This was one of the few things the USSR actually did well btw These apartments were low-quality, small, and generally uncomfortable anddd they were intended as a short-term solution, but many ended up being used for decades because the USSR had bigger problems. They did help reduce the homelessness, but that doesn't erase the many weaknesses of the Soviet system and of communism. Don't fall for propaganda 🫰
