Yes, thank you. I’m kind of annoyed at seeing how many practitioners are coming on here to say basically “oh this would never happen to MY patients because I’m SO QUALIFIED.” This complication has happened twice to me with two different very skilled practitioners. Not everyone’s anatomy matches the illustrations exactly. I still love my tox I just can’t do masseter as apparently my risorious connects lower than most.

My first experience with Botox, my dermatologist that I really liked, made my eyebrows drop. It happens. I’m new to diy’ing botox but will NOT do my massiters. The rest for me is cosmetic. The massiters are pain relief.

My injector talks about dysport vs botox, with dysport spreading/diffusing a bit easier than botox. Could the choice of product have made this worse?

My fantastic injector accidentally gave me ptosis the last time I saw her. She was mortified and so so nice. She injected me with saline and gave me a handful of UPNEEQ samples for my affected eye. We laughed about it. It happens

I’ve been seeing videos accusing (even reputable) providers of over-diluting tox in an effort to scam clients and that leading to the effects wearing off after only 6-8 weeks. It’s a that a known thing or are people just seeing what they want to see?
