I tend to get my hair cut unfortunately cause i suck at taking care of my hair unfortunately! 😅 i think you hair looked good before you did the braids but im not a good source probably lol

So off subject but i see name as gluten free runner. I recently have been told i am borderline diabetic like almost diabetic (they didnt use any term.) so i need to eat healthier as well as watch my cholesterol. Thoughts on some good healthy ACTUAL safe foods for me? Any help i appreciate! 🙏
