Молода картопля на сковороді з часником та вершковим маслом Інгредієнти: 📌 молода картопля — 700 г 📌 вода — 200 мл 📌 вершкове масло — 80 г 📌 сметана — 1 ст. ложка з гіркою 📌 молодий часник — 4 зубчики 📌 сіль — за смаком 📌 чорний перець — половинка чайної л. 📌 приправа до картоплі — 2 ч.л. 📌 копчена паприка — половинка чайної л. 📌 натуральна паприка — 2 ч.л. 📌 свіжий кріп — пучок Приготування: Молоду картоплю добре промити. Щоб швидко очистити її від тоненької шкірки, покласти картоплю в лоток із жменею крупної солі та добре потрясти приблизно 2 хвилини. Потім промити під проточною водою. Викласти картоплю на суху сковороду, додати 200 мл води, накрити кришкою. Після закипання готувати на середньому вогні близько 15 хвилин, контролюючи, щоб вода повністю не пригоріло. Коли вода випарується, додати вершкове масло, сметану, сіль, перець, приправу до картоплі та паприку. Додати подрібнений молодий часник. Перемішати, накрити кришкою і тушкувати ще 7 хвилин на маленькому вогні. Потім зняти кришку і дати картоплі ще кілька хвилин підсмажитися до красивої рум’яної скоринки. Перед подачею посипати свіжим кропом. Ароматна, ніжна всередині та рум’яна зовні молода картопля готова!
