This is part of why therapy makes me so anxious and I don't want to open up all the way. I'm terrified of being too much, because I understand that therapists are people. I don't want to be so draining, especially when I know they have far more clients then just me 😭

I once went to a psychiatrist and he had a whole questionnaire I had to fill out but reviewed it during the appointment. This man literally did a low whistle and said “there’s a lot going on here.” With me sitting there.
