from doing this wim hof technique and my stage presentation, what is the maximum time difference? I mean, I usually have to give presentation of my course in my classroom(I'm a student). But doing this technique after I reach my campus is quite difficult for me. I can't do it in my classroom before my presentation or I can't do it in the washroom. I was thinking if I can do it from my home and after that I go out for my campus, will it work? From my home, it usually takes 30-40 minutes to reach my campus.
