That is a fact. The love of my life n I had to split cause we would totally enable each other!! Luckily he was strong enough to see it!! We split for 10 yrs. We both got clean and an accidental fb frnd request got us back together. We picked up right where drugs took over in the past. And he really is the love of my life and my best friend!! Both of us are still clean n it's been 16 yrs for me and 15 for him. (round about)

My Son is currently in sober living, after his 5th round of rehab. Your words and stories give me goosebumps bumps how similar his life had been. I catch myself tearing up daily over the person he has become over the last 3 months ❤️25 years on the 20th of this month and texted me to tell me he pd rent today out of his 1st paycheck ✨️thank you for sharing, you are amazing soul!

This ! I wish I would have not always been an enabler. It’s such a hard lesson. I mean setting boundaries in general is not my strong suit lol. I did leave my husband and my mom has been sober 9 years but back then I was sooo stupid. You are so good at this content and I’m so proud of you ❤️

thank you honey I needed that personally because what happened in my past with my daughter she will be 40 this year December 8th she still doesn't want to get clean I had a place for her to go everything in one she wouldn't have to leave to go get counseling everything was there she refused she gave it four kids so yes honey I want to thank you so much for that thank you
