Is there a significant aesthetic difference between a paranasal implant and a Le Fort I advancement? Since Le Fort I shifts the entire maxilla, while an implant only provides localized onlay augmentation, I’m curious if they achieve comparable midface projection for mild deficiency cases. Given that my maxilla is slightly flat but my occlusion is normal, would onlay augmentation be sufficient, or is the skeletal advancement from Le Fort I fundamentally superior for aesthetics?
