“Sarah dies anyways!” Like it’s not literally Jane and Luke’s fault this happened. Plus she’s a grown woman and was always on everyone else to be able to fend for themselves so why should we not hold her to that same regard (which can be applied to literally any point of the story). I don’t care if Sarah was unfortunate enough to die off, it’s not her fault her father was an idiot.
