Throw all the ingredients into the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl. Use the whisk or beater attachment and beat at a medium high speed for about five minutes until the butter has gotten fluffy and soft. Now you have a few options: ๐Ÿ Serve immediately as whipped butter, ๐Ÿ Spread into a festive silicone mold before setting in the fridge (let set for at least 6 hours to properly harden, or an hour in the freezer works too!) ๐ŸRoll into parchment paper, twists the ends of the paper and store in the fridge - use within two weeksโ€ฆjust slice from the log and enjoy on toast, French toast, waffles, pancakes, buttermilk biscuits or crumpets!
