200g chicken breast
Salt 
Pepper 
¼ tsp garlic granules 
100g dry pasta 
1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
15g parmesan cheese, shaved
Tsp bacon bits Chili Garlic Croutons:
¾ of a ciabatta roll, cubed 
A few sprays of olive oil 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp chopped garlic (can sub for garlic granules) 
½ tsp mild chilli flakes (adjust to your heat preference) 
For the dressing:
45g lighter mayo
30g fat free greek yoghurt 
¼ tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice 
½ tsp chopped garlic 
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce *can sub for anchovy paste
5g parmesan, grated
¾ tsp chipotle paste
Pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp water to loosen

💕 Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.  Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic granules. Bake for 18 minutes. Once cooked, cut into cubes and leave to cool. 💕Add the pasta to boil in a large pan of salted water. Once cooked, rinse under cold water and set to one side

💕Spray the cubed ciabatta with the olive oil before adding in all the other ingredients listed. Toss to coat well, and add to a baking tray. Bake for 8 minutes or so, tossing part way through. 
 💕Mix together all of the sauce ingredients. 💕Add the lettuce to a large bowl, along with the pasta, chicken and  ½ of the croutons. 💕Add the dressing, before topping with the shaved parmesan and bacon bits. 💕Toss everything to combine well before adding the remaining croutons.  Calories per portion: 520 l Protein: 43.5g l Fat: 9.5g l Carbs: 61.9g  • • ________ #pastasalad #caesarsalad  #DinnerIdeas #healthyrecipes #lowcaloriemeals #highprotein #EasyRecipes
