Deploying the final thing works fine for me though, cause it signals that I’m actually done with the entire thing and CI isn’t that difficult to configure in the first place

I prefer to deploy to git first for my repositores safety then once am good locally it's a hear we go bro I can even deploy 3 backend instances in one EC2 and will be enjoying the challenge, spinning docker whilst running another instance outside docker and be able to make them 1 nuk😂

For beginners and vibe coders setting up a CI/CD pipeline I totally agree with this. It’s easy for us professional engineers to say no because to be honest a lot of engineers have never built an enterprise app from scratch. Always build back to front.
