I think it all comes back to landlords overcharging for rent, more people are pushed into homelessness, and therefore more people turn to drugs and crime.

You should see Cabot Square. There was a stabbing not long ago, homeless everywhere in what’s supposed to be a community square. They did drugs and make surrounding area unsanitary and unsafe for the college kids and family children. Cops seem to be following guidelines to ignore the issues which has been getting worse every year
