Fellow FL SLP 👋🏼 I’m looking to do screenings soon. I’m curious if you asked for any additional info prior to the screenings such as parent concerns that went along with consent forms? And did you use physical consent forms or digital? Thanks!

All great things!! I’m a Florida-based SLP as well who moved here from NY. I wish the Early Steps program paid better, it was so much higher in NY. Just getting started with my own practice. I love your pricing transparency! Might do that for my next batch of cards.
