I oddly have always thought of it differently. Iphone for the non tech savvy or the sheep. Android for those that are heavy users. IPhone is fantastic for a basic phone, but for now it just can't compete with the high end androids from a capability standpoint.

Apple fanboys are stuck decades in the past. The most expensive phones these days are ALL high end Androids. By every objective measure high end Androids are superior, and way way more innovative. Apple is years behind Google on 2026.

never had an iPhone. never will. Google pixel currently is my favorite. I work with Apple products. they're great until you actually want to try and fix something or do something different. their way or the highway that's fine. but some people just like to do what they want. my phone does way better shit than most iPhones. best, dictation best spam blocker best, haptics Superior interface just better for me
