@its.juliesmith: Reese’s Stuffed Double Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍫🥜✨ These are easily one of my favorite chocolate cookies 🤭🍫 recipe: 1 cup melted butter (cooled slightly) ¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1½ cups flour ⅓ cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda pinch of salt 1 cup chocolate chips frozen Reese’s cups Lindt chocolate squares mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined. stir in the egg and vanilla. fold in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt, then fold in the chocolate chips. flatten each scoop of dough, place a frozen Reese’s cup and a Lindt chocolate square in the center, then wrap the dough around the filling and roll into a ball. bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. as soon as the cookies come out of the oven, gently press a Reese’s cup on top of each cookie. optional chocolate bottom: melt 1–1½ cups chocolate chips and spoon small circles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. place each warm cookie on top of the melted chocolate and let them set for 10–20 minutes until firm. drizzle with a little more melted chocolate and enjoy. 🍫🥜✨ #reeses #chocolate #cookies #baking #Recipe
