@timeonthelake: Didn’t expect this to be so good after almost ruining it… Walleye with garlic, lemon, parsley, and pairing it with this no-cook puttanesca style pasta dish (olives, capers, tomato, anchovies, garlic, fresh parsley and lemon) The fish didn’t turn out exactly how I planned. I didn’t get the pan hot enough and the fillets started falling apart before they could get that perfect crust. But honestly, it didn’t matter.
