So easy ๐ Ingredients (for one large mug ~350ml): 2 tbsp Biscoff ๐ช 1 egg ๐ฅ 2 tbsp flour Instructions: 1๏ธโฃ Mix everything in a mug until smooth 2๏ธโฃ Microwave 50โ70 sec, depending on your microwave โ done! ๐ โฑ Timing guide: 700W โ 70 sec 800W โ 60 sec 900W โ 50 sec ๐ Stop when the top is just set but still soft in the middle โ it keeps cooking after! Better slightly gooey than dry ๐คค Toppings: Crushed Lotus biscuits ๐ช, vanilla ice cream ๐จ or a drizzle of melted Biscoff
