@anastasiascookhouse: Healthy Mango Mochi That Melts in Your Mouth 🛒 Ingredients: * 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt * 1 ripe mango, diced * ½ mango, thinly sliced * 2 tbsp chia seeds * 1 tbsp honey 🍯 * 4 rice paper sheets * Almond flour, for coating 👩‍🍳 Instructions: 1️⃣ Mix the Greek yogurt, diced mango, chia seeds, and honey. 2️⃣ Soften a rice paper sheet in water and place it on a plate. 3️⃣ Spread half of the yogurt mixture on top, add the mango slices, then cover with another softened rice paper sheet. Fold the edges into a sealed square. 4️⃣ Repeat to make a second mochi. 5️⃣ Coat both with almond flour and freeze for 3–4 hours. 6️⃣ Slice in half and enjoy frozen. #healthydessert #mochi #mangorecipe #EasyRecipe #healthyfoodshare
