جهیل مندول یکی از زیباترین و بزرگ‌ترین دریاچه‌های طبیعی افغانستان است که در ولسوالی مندول ولایت نورستان، در ناحیه‌ای به نام کیویشت واقع شده است. این دریاچه در میان کوه‌های سر به فلک کشیده هندوکش قرار دارد و به دلیل موقعیت جغرافیایی خاص و طبیعت بکر، به عنوان یکی از جواهرهای پنهان افغانستان شناخته می‌شود. 📍 موقعیت جغرافیایی • موقعیت: ولسوالی مندول، ولایت نورستان، افغانستان • مختصات جغرافیایی: حدود ۳۵٫۲۵۶۹۴۱ شمالی و ۷۰٫۱۷۰۳۲۰ شرقی • ارتفاع از سطح دریا: تقریباً ۱۹۵۳ متر 📐 ویژگی‌های فیزیکی • طول: حدود ۴ تا ۵ کیلومتر • عمق: حداقل ۱۰۰ متر 🌿 زیبایی‌های طبیعی آب‌های زلال و نیلگون این دریاچه در میان کوه‌های سرسبز و جنگل‌های انبوه قرار دارد. مناظر اطراف آن شامل کوه‌های بلند، درختان سرسبز و هوای پاک و خنک است که آن را به مکانی ایده‌آل برای طبیعت‌گردی و کمپینگ تبدیل کرده است. 🎒 نکات سفر • دسترسی: مسیرهای منتهی به جهیل مندول کوهستانی و نسبتاً دشوار است؛ بنابراین، سفر به این منطقه نیاز به آمادگی جسمانی و تجهیزات مناسب دارد. • زمان مناسب سفر: بهار و تابستان بهترین زمان‌ها برای بازدید از این دریاچه هستند، زیرا در زمستان مسیرها ممکن است به دلیل برف و یخبندان مسدود شوند. Mandol Lake is one of the most beautiful and largest natural lakes in Afghanistan. It is located in the Mandol District of Nuristan Province, in an area called Kewesht.
