im filing a complaint with the FCC, my original contract was for two lines, $50 a month, for life......for life. im so angry rn. if you sign a contract for life, it should be honored. I don't want a settlement, I want them to honor my contract.

The increase is for the taxes & fees that are a must to keep the business going, the new plan service is for $35 - $50. The fact that t-mobile is a company is like a loan company for devices, accessories, etc. The upgrades would give you good opportunities every year for a new phone upgrade, free features like apple tv & Netflix with them.. which is more practical rather than paying individually. If you'll be patient for customer reps to give you options to save kindly do so I just had my discussion with them. Pay on time no payment arrangements, use autopay to save, they just activated a discount for me too.

24 years with T-mobile… received the same message. Contacted them immediately declined the offer and was able to save more money on my monthly bill. Was advised the modern upgrade comes with an upgrade on mobile hotspot and free Netflix.
