Andreia, our onboarding specialist, walking the streets and canals she talks about with clients all day, every day. If you’ve ever messaged us asking what a neighborhood is actually like, what the walk to the market looks like, whether the area feels lively or sleepy, Andreia is usually the one answering you. Most of that knowledge comes from research, client feedback, and conversations with people who already live there. This time, she got to see a piece of it for herself. We stopped by the canal, grabbed coffee at a spot a few clients have mentioned before, and just walked. No checklist, no rush.
