idk why everyone is hating so much I work at a subway and we do It the same way and yes its real bread the Ingredients are on the box

At my old store we let it sit for 30 minutes and proofed it for 90 minutes at 90% humidity but we sprayed only the Italian herbs and cheese, it’s interesting to see what’s different between stores! :)
