@malibubodies: Your body isn’t a problem to be solved in 4 weeks. This is why every client I work with is placed on a structured 6 to 12 week training cycle, built specifically around their goal, their body, and where they’re actually starting from. No cookie cutter programs. Meaningful adaptations in strength, hypertrophy, and body composition take a minimum of 6 weeks to become measurable, and up to 12 weeks to fully express. Your neuromuscular system alone needs the first 2 to 4 weeks just to adapt to new movement patterns before true muscle growth even begins. Inside each cycle, we’re tracking four things: Body composition (not just weight, actual fat vs. muscle shifts), strength output and progressive overload, energy levels and recovery quality, and how your nutrition is either supporting or working against all of the above. If your macros are set right but your energy’s crashing midday, that’s data. If you’re hitting PRs but body composition isn’t shifting, that’s data too. We adjust in real time because a program should respond to you, not the other way around. This is why my clients get results that stick. Because we aren’t guessing.
