Am I likely to get moved from second to outfield going into highschool as a lefty? I’ve always played second/first but I’ve been told I’m too fast for second and I’m a lefty so it doesn’t work well.

First does the opposite too, in little league it’s the only kid who can actually catch the ball and make picks and then once you’re older it’s the big man with no range

I played right feild because our coach decided to play her 2 sons (who were the 2 worst players on the team) at 2nd and short and im good at both those positions 😭

They’re either the fastest or second fastest and they can get the ball out quick, or it’s someone who hits tanks and has a cannon attached to his shoulder. No in between

I moved a lot as a kid, and so new coaches didn't have much confidence in me when I would first show up (I was always a bigger guy) but they'd usually throw me in RF until they saw what I could do.
