The problem with Airbnbs in PR is that a lot of them are not well maintained. Esp when you're charged a cleaning fee. I've been going to PR every year since 2022 and stay at Airbnbs. I make sure to read every review prior to booking.

Airbnb lost its touch. It was meant to be a cheaper alternative to booking hotels. Now they are very overpriced with a bunch of added fees

Oh girl… I booked one last March and after I booked it she had changed all the pictures to something else and then Airbnb didn’t want to give me my money back or let me out of the agreement because I had stepped foot into the house already… like yeah why would I check the listing again to see if they changed the pictures after it was crazy😂

And then they had the audacity to leave ME a bad review with lies! And then @airbnb didn’t even do anything to take it off knowing damn well they most likely did it as retaliation for going to support about it
