I had pp anxiety and it shows up different in everyone 😭. It felt like the smallest tasks are impossible to do. Going to the grocery store with my son, going to the park, just leaving the house, all felt i possible. I don’t know when mine went away it just slowly got better. You got this, and the best thing you are doing is talking about it!! ❤️❤️❤️
