Cafe at Petit Palais Museum: This just gotta be the most beautiful cafe in Paris and yet, it’s always missed by tourists. An absolute must visit. 2. Hotel Dame des Arts’ rooftop has the most incredible view of Paris. Cozy, intimate and with a 360 view of the entire city (including the one and only Eiffel Tower!) thus rooftop bar is a real hidden gem. 3.
