These bakery-style cookies are perfect for holidays, parties, or whenever you’re craving an indulgent dessert. Scoop small portions (about 1 teaspoon each) onto a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet. 3. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm. 3. Assemble the Cookies 1. Scoop cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly apart. 2. Flatten each scoop slightly. 3. Place a frozen cheesecake filling in the center. 4. Cover with a little more cookie dough and seal the edges completely. 4. Freeze Before Baking Freeze the assembled cookies for 30 minutes. This helps them keep their thick bakery-style shape while baking. 5. Bake * Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. * Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes before adding the drizzle. 6. Make the Cream Cheese Drizzle 1. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. 2. Add a little more milk if needed until it reaches a drizzle consistency. 7.
