This message is coming from me, one of the Vamps. I just want to remind everyone that mental health is real. Anxiety and depression are serious, and many of us are fighting battles that other people can’t see or may never fully understand. Sometimes that can leave us feeling misunderstood, and that’s okay. No matter what you’re going through, don’t give up on yourself. Keep choosing yourself, keep fighting, and keep believing that brighter days are possible. At the end of the day, no one will ever care about your well being as much as you do, so take care of yourself, protect your peace, and never stop showing up for yourself.
