I’m so incredibly sorry about the loss of your friend. But it’s beautiful she was still able to help you on this journey of lowering your expenses. It’s like she is cheering you on in the way you know she would be if she was still earth side with you. 🫂 When we cleaned out my grandma’s apartment after she passed, I found a 20+ year old Panera gift card. I tried calling the number on the back, and it was so old their system couldn’t tell me what the balance was. I brought it to a Panera store fully expecting them to tell me they couldn’t honor it any longer. Imagine my surprise when it had $20 on it! So I saved it for my birthday, and used it then. It was like my grandma bought me a birthday lunch. ❤️

I really like your videos about getting second hand (gently used) items not just because they show how to save money but because it's a less wasteful way to give gifts and it doesn't put our money into billionaire's pockets.
