Corey Ching was already tucked in when he remembered that his laptop might not be charging. Rather than getting up to check, he asked Codex, OpenAl's coding agent, to investigate it for him. It is not a major technological breakthrough. It is a small example of an Al agent checking something on a computer and solving an annoying everyday problem without needing direct input.
