Unmeat Fried Rice! #unmeatpartner @unMEAT Ingredients ½ can UnMeat luncheon style, diced ½ onion, diced 1 red chile, minced 5 cloves garlic, minced 3 eggs 3 cup cooked day old rice 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil Salt & pepper Japanese mayo Green onions To start, heat a wok over high heat. Once hot oil, add the UnMeat and cook, stirring often for 4-5 minutes until browned. Next add the onion, chile and garlic cook until fragrant then move everything to one side of the pan and add the eggs. Mix and cook until your eggs are cooked. Next add the rice and cook until dry then add the soy sauce, sesame oil salt & pepper. Mix well and keep warm. Serve in a bowl, garnish with mayo and green onions. Enjoy!
