In all seriousness though my mom was clearly very surprised and we love her dearly. During our housewarming party my boyfriend asked to do a toast to thank everyone for coming out and for all of their support, during the speech my mom was doing her best to encourage him because she thought he was just nervous to be in front of a crowd. As soon as he reached for the ring she lost her mind completely, and what you hear I promise is sheer joy because she absolutely adores him and the relationship we've built 🥹. We all are having a good laugh at this though because out of context it sounds like the complete opposite 🤣. I'm looking forward to getting to share more about it with you all but now you know why I've been so absent lately! from packing to moving, then unpacking and getting ready for the party, and now trying our bests to plan for a wedding!
