Acrylic is wearable, it softens up when you steam it usually. It can be quite warm though so not best for summery wearables. This is made from acrylic dk and lovely and soft x

I had this obsession 3 years ago and within a few months my room was filled with yarn with nowhere to store all of it I slowly made my way through some of it but would always buy more then my adhd made me forget about crocheting for almost a year then wanted to get back into it made like 2 small things and forgot about it again but I’ve been decluttering recently and decided to make a chaos blanket to get through atleast half of my stash of yarn before I allow myself to buy any more
